Career Constellation was developed to address three specific challenges facing people seeking to find the right career path!

  • The working world is changing so quickly with available career options are shifting rapidly due to technology, the rise of portfolio careers, entrepreneurship as a more popular option and people having greater expectations of a career supporting their unique values

  • People being frustrated with the inability of traditional tools such as career assessments or personality profiles to provide a full picture of potential available to an individual.

  • Given the growing complexity of the career landscape, personalised coaching has become increasingly popular but it is still expensive and it is difficult to find a coach who can work when you need it, in your area and who supports a prospective clients unique profile.

How Career Constellation Is Different!

Career Constellation is a next generation career development tool that is combining the gift of personalised career coaching with the immediacy and cost effectiveness of technology driven career assessments.

About the founder

In 2012 Jeremy Behrmann, founder of Career Constellation, embarked on an adventure travelling to 7 continents over 18 months. Jeremy was already a practicing coach who loved helping clients find career and start-up ideas that support their unique passions, values and abilities. He felt called to understand how the career landscape was changing and discover new ways to help people navigate it. Second to this was his belief that we all need to spend more time exploring, developing self awareness, reflecting on our experience and discovering new ways that we can add value to a changing world.

Jeremy’s experience was an amazing journeys of self discovery where he experimented with all the careers that had gripped his imagination and re-enforced the values that would govern the next chapter of his life. As part of his own explorations he made a documentary in South Africa; worked in advertising in London; learnt to make chocolate in Ecuador; roast coffee in Colombia and lived like a nomad in Australia. He returned more hungry than ever to be a coach and his story and the coaching model he developed was first published in the book, Breakaway, in 2014.
